Progress regarding final contract with Fjord Line

Bergen Group Fosen and Fjord Line are moving into a final process of finalizing
the funding and board approvals of the contract for the construction of two new
cruise ferries. The parties expect to have all the formalities in place within a
reasonable time. The ships will be delivered in the spring and autumn of 2012,
and the contract has a total value of EUR 206 million.
