Bergen Group ASA - Presentation of first quarter 2010

Bergen Group ASA publishes the 1st quarter report for 2010 on Wednesday May
12th at hrs 08.00 CET.  A presentation will at the same time be given at Hotel
Continental, Stortingsgaten 24/26 in Oslo. Breakfast will be served from hrs
07.30.

The presentation will be distributed directly via webcast on the corporate
website www.bergengroup.no   The presentation
material will at the same time also be distributed to Oslo Stock Exchange and
made available on both www.newsweb.no   and the
corporate website.

All interested are welcome to attend the presentation. Pre-registration is not
required.
