Bergen Group awarded contract for engineering services

Bergen Group through its subsidiary Bergen Group Rosenberg AS has been awarded a
contract from Statoil for engineering services related to quality assurance of
equipment and chemicals documentation in the Statoil database. Contract term is
3 years with two 1 year options. Contract value is estimated to between NOK 15
and 20 million exclusive of option periods.

Bergen Group is a maritime industrial group with core expertise in offshore,
shipbuilding, maritime service and technology. The Group has a total of  1900
employees of which 600 are associated with Bergen Group Rosenberg. The Group had
a turnover of NOK 5.1 billion in 2009.
