Yme-contract to Bergen Group Rosenberg

Bergen Group Rosenberg AS will in September start on the main work scope for SBM
(Single Buoy Moorings Offshore Contractors) related to the completion of the YME
Mobile Offshore Production Unit with Storage (MOPU Stor) jack up platform. The
total work scope is currently estimated to be in the order of NOK 55 million.

The Yme platform, which will produce for Talisman Energy Norge AS, is in transit
from Abu Dhabi to Norway and scheduled to arrive Stavanger in September. Bergen
Group Rosenberg will then install the jack up legs and other equipment before
the platform is towed to the offshore location where Bergen Group Rosenberg will
assist in the hook up and completion.

Bergen Group has a total of 1,900 employees and 600 of these are associated with
Bergen Group Rosenberg. The Group had a turnover of NOK 5.1 billion in 2009.
