Oslo Stock Exchange has finished the inquiry about Bergen Group

Oslo Stock Exchange has informed Bergen Group that they now have completed their
inquiry about Bergen Group's role in relation to a larger share transaction that
took place between shareholders on Monday November 8(th) 2010. Oslo Stock
Exchange concludes that there is no reason to proceed this case towards the
company.
