Presentation of fourth quarter and preliminary results 2010

Bergen Group ASA publishes the fourth quarter and preliminary results for 2010
on Thursday, February 10(th) 2011 at hrs 08.00 CET.

A presentation will at the same time be given at Vika Konferansesenter,
Dronnings Mauds gate 10 in Oslo.

The presentation will be distributed directly via webcast on the corporate
website www.bergengroup.no.  The presentation material will at the same time
also be distributed to Oslo Stock Exchange and made available on both
www.newsweb.no  and the corporate website.

All interested are welcome to attend the presentation. Pre-registration is not
required.
