Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the "Company") on 20 March 2025 regarding the final result in the subsequent repair offering in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering") raising gross proceeds of NOK 5 million.
The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the new share capital of the Company is NOK 12,384,306.24 divided into 619,215,312 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
