THIN - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to prior notice regarding board remuneration in the form of
shares in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm")

Following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been duly
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK
36,288,679.46 divided into 329,897,086 ordinary shares each having a par value
of NOK 0.11.
