THIN - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to prior notice regarding a private placement in Thin Film
Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") where PARC, a Xerox company, was issued 765,306 new
shares.

The share capital increase has now been duly registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase,
Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 36,372,863.12 divided into
330,662,392 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11
