THIN - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to prior notice dated 8 November 2012 regarding the share
issue to an employee in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm").

Following receipt of payment, the share capital increase has been duly
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK
38,918,153.12 divided into 353,801,392 ordinary shares each having a par value
of NOK 0.11.
