Hasbro and Thinfilm enter into Commercial Agreement

OSLO, 19 December 2012 - Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") (OSE: THIN.OL)
today announced that Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) and Thinfilm have entered into a
commercial agreement for supply of components, including a limited exclusive
consulting relationship.
