Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company")
on 8 July 2025 regarding a successful fully underwritten private placement of
shares.
The share capital increase associated with the private placement and the
issuance of the underwriting shares issued in connection with the private
placement, has now been duly registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.
Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK
418,390,160.50 divided into 836,780,321 shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.50.
