Entra OPF Utvikling AS ("Entra OPF") and HENT AS has entered into a fixed-cost
contract for a total renovation and extension of Lars Hilles Gate 30 in Bergen.
Entra OPF is owned by Entra and Oslo Pensjonsforsikring with 50 per cent each.

in the Nordics, co-locating the important operators in the media industry in
Bergen in one office building; "Media City Bergen". The contract value is

At the end of 2012, Entra OPF won the competition to house an innovative and
leading media centre for around 1,200 media employees and students. Since the
beginning of 2013 Entra has worked closely with the media companies to arrive at
the best solutions for establishing Media City Bergen.
TV 2, NRK, Bergens Tidende, Bergensavisen, the media faculty of Bergen
University and the graphics company Vizrt have all decided to move their
operations in Bergen to Lars Hilles Gate 30 and have entered into lease
contracts with Entra OPF. The project is currently let around 67 %.
The property will be a landmark building and will be an important part of the
development of the area around Nygårdstangen in Bergen. The project has a total
investment budget of approximately NOK 1.5 billion, including the building's
current value.
