Entra ASA : Sale of Strandgata 41 in Tromsø

Entra has sold Strandgata 41 to A/S Pellerin. The transaction is based on a
property value of NOK 70 million, which is 36 % above current book values. The
property is 6,533 sqm and is located in the center of Tromsø.

The sale is in accordance with Entra's strategy of growth in the four largest
cities in Norway and to divest non-core assets.

The transaction is structured as sale of shares in the company Strandgata 41 AS.
Subject to board approval in Entra closing will take place on 19.12.2014.
