Geveran Trading Co. Ltd. has acquired an aggregate of
18,350,000 shares of Entra ASA in the initial public
offering of shares of Entra ASA announced today,
representing approximately 9.99% of the outstanding
shares of Entra ASA following completion of the
initial public offering. Geveran Trading Co. Ltd.
continues to hold such shares following the
transaction.
Geveran Trading Co. Ltd. is indirectly owned by
trusts established for the benefit of Mr. John
Fredriksen's immediate family.
