Entra ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Arve Regland, CEO of Entra ASA, has on 30 October 2015 through his 100 % owned
company K9 Invest AS bought 5,000 shares in Entra ASA at a price of NOK 73.8 per
share. Following this transaction Arve Regland owns and controls 21,066 shares
in Entra ASA.
