Entra ASA: New lease contract in Strømsveien 96 at Helsfyr in Oslo

Entra has entered into a lease contract with Norwegian Medicines Agency for a
total of 6,500 sqm in Strømsveien 96 at Helsfyr in Oslo. The lease contract
duration is 15 years.

We are very pleased to welcome Norwegian Medicines Agency as a new tenant in
Strømsveien 96. In a competitive letting market we are also proud to have closed
a large and long lease contract with a public tenant for 41 % of the office area

Strømsveien 96 was vacated on 01.01.15. Entra has started the preparations for a
full refurbishment of the property and Norwegian Medicines Agency is expected to
move into the premises in December 2016. The property is 18,112 sqm in total of
which 12,445 sqm office space.

Strømsveien 96 is centrally located at Helsfyr in Oslo. The property is within
short walking distance to public transportation hubs with metro lines, bus and
train station.
