Entra ASA: Substantial lease contract extension secured at Helsfyr in Oslo

Oslo  30 April 2015 - Entra has entered into an extension of the lease contract
with Norwegian Tax Administration (NTA) in Fredrik Selmer's vei 4 at Helsfyr in
Oslo. Another 3,700 sqm is added to the lease bringing NTAs total rented area to
32,700 sqm in this property. The new contract has duration of 13 years.

"The extended lease at Helsfyr is following the substantial upgrade of the
property to meet Entra's ambitious goals of low energy consuming and flexible
office buildings close to public transport hubs", she continues.

Fredrik Selmer's vei 4 is certified as BREEAM Very Good and Energy Class A and
was the first refurbished commercial building in Norway to achieve passive
building standard. The project was nominated for the City Price in 2014.

The property consists of five blocks. The first four blocks went through total
refurbishment prior to NTA moving back in 2013. Block five will undergo internal
refurbishment before NTA will occupy these additional premises in January 2016.
