Entra ASA : New lease contract in the development project MediaCity Bergen

Entra OPF has signed a new lease contract with University of Bergen and their
new digital solutions programme DigUiB for 1,000 square meters in MediaCity
Bergen. The lease contract duration is 10 years, starting when the property is
finalised in Q3 2017.

MediaCity Bergen will be 45,000 square meters and house the largest media
companies in Bergen when finalised. The project is ongoing and includes total
renovation of the existing 35,000 square meters and an extension of 10,000
square meters. The property is 50 per cent owned by Entra through Entra OPF and
is now 64 % pre-let.
