Entra ASA : Sale of Strandveien 13 in Tromsø

Entra has sold the property Strandveien 13 in Tromsø to Nordic Investment AS.
The property is 11.560 sqm and the transaction is based on a property value of
NOK 158 million, which is approximately 5 % above current book values in Entra.
The transaction is structured as sale of shares in the company Strandveien 13
AS. Closing will take place in January 2016.

The sale is in accordance with Entra's strategy of growth in the four largest
cities in Norway and to divest non-core assets.
