Entra ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Arve Regland, CEO of Entra ASA, has on 15 October 2016 through his 100 % owned
company K9 Invest AS bought 11,200 shares in Entra ASA at a price of NOK 83 per
share. Following this transaction Arve Regland owns and controls 37,559 shares
in Entra ASA.

Anders Olstad, CFO of Entra ASA, has on 15 October 2016 through his 100 % owned
company Hasselodden AS bought 11,200 shares in Entra ASA at a price of NOK 83
per share. Following this transaction Anders Olstad owns and controls 29,536
shares in Entra ASA.
