Entra ASA : Three major lease contracts signed for Langkaia 1 (Havnelageret) in Oslo

Entra has signed the following new leases for the property Langkaia 1
(Havnelageret) in Oslo:

* Renewed a lease contract with Bisnode Norge for 3,250 sqm and 9.3 years
* Signed a new lease contract with Hurtigruten for 1,670 sqm and 7.4 years
* Signed a new lease contract with Watchcom Security Group for 820 sqm and
4.6 years
Following these contracts Langkaia 1 will be approximately 93 % let.
