Entra ASA : Acquires land plot in Bergen

Entra has acquired a land plot in Lars Hillesgate 25 in Bergen for NOK 53
million. The land plot has a prime location opposite Lars Hilles gate 30 where
Entra is developing the property MediaCity Bergen through Entra OPF.

Entra will as soon as possible start a zoning process with an ambition to build
a new office property on the land plot, supplementing the project in Lars Hilles
gate 30 and further strengthening Entra's position in Bergen. Current zoning
allows a new-build of approximately 5,800 sqm but Entra has an ambition to
increase this to around 10,000 sqm.
