Entra ASA : New lease contracts in Sundtkvartalet in Oslo

Sundtkvartalet AS has signed a 10-year lease contract with Knowit for 4,400 sqm
and a 5-year lease contract with Tidal for 1,700 sqm in Sundtkvartalet in Oslo.


Sundtkvartalet is a 31,300 sqm office property under construction which will be
finalised in December 2016. Sundtkvartalet is owned 50/50 by Entra and Skanska
Commercial Development.

The property is now 70 % pre-let.
