Entra ASA : Sale of Lervigsveien 32/Tinngata 8 in Stavanger

Entra has sold the property Lervigsveien 32/Tinngata 8 in Stavanger. The
property is 6,400 sqm and has been vacant since the Norwegian Mapping Authority
moved to Entra's property in Professor Olav Hansens vei in 2015. The buyer is a
company controlled by Camar Eiendom AS and Runestad Investering AS. The
transaction value is close to current book values. Closing is expected to take
place on 30 November 2016.

The transaction is in accordance with Entra's strategy to focus the portfolio on
large, flexible office buildings close to public transportation hubs and to
divest smaller, non-core assets.
