Entra ASA : New and extended 10-year lease contract with Norconsult in Sandvika

Norconsult has signed a new lease contract for 3,250 sqm in Block 1 at Kjørbo in
Sandvika. Block 1 will be refurbished and upgraded to Powerhouse standard with
the ambition to receive a Breeam Excellent certification. The new lease contract
has a duration from 15.10.2017 to 31.12.2027. In addition, Norconsult has
increased the duration of their current lease contract of 7,700 sqm in Block 9
and 10 at Kjørbo with 6,5 years until 31.12.2027.
