Entra ASA : New lease contract with IBM in Sundtkvartalet in Oslo

IBM has signed a new lease contract for 7,260 sqm in Sundtkvartalet in Oslo. The
contract starts from October 2017.

Sundtkvartalet is a 31,300 sqm new-built office property finalised in December
2016. Sundtkvartalet is owned 50/50 by Entra and Skanska Commercial
Development.

The property is now 91 % let.
