Entra ASA : Contemplating bond issue

Following the introduction of new rules and regulations regarding the disclosure
of inside information according to Article 17 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation,
Entra hereby announce that the company is contemplating a bond issue with
expected tenor of five years. A transaction may follow, subject to market
conditions.

Entra has mandated DNB and Handelsbanken to arrange for the contemplated bond
issue.
