Entra ASA : New lease contract with Deloitte in Media City Bergen

Entra has signed a new 12-year lease contract with Deloitte AS in Media City
Bergen. Deloitte will let approx. 2,000 sqm from September 2018. The Media City
Bergen project which will be finalised in August 2017 is now 83 % let.

Media City Bergen is a joint venture that is 50/50 owned by Entra and Oslo
Pensjonsforsikring.
