Entra ASA : Annual General Meeting of Entra ASA

The Annual General Meeting of Entra ASA was held on 27 April 2017.

All proposals on the agenda were approved. The minutes from the General Meeting
are attached to this disclosure.

The General Meeting further approved the distribution of a semi-annual dividend
of NOK 1.75 per share. The dividend will be paid on 9 May 2017 to the company's
shareholders as of 27 April 2017 (as registered in the VPS on 2 May 2017). The
share will be traded exclusive of the right to receive the dividend from 28
April 2017.
