Entra ASA : Green Bond Report 2016 - ISIN NO 0010774797

During third quarter 2016, Entra issued its first green bond of NOK 1 bn with
identity code ISIN NO 0010774797. The Proceeds from the bond issue is earmarked
funding of a pool of properties/projects with high environmental standards and a
certification from BREEAM with a minimum certification of "excellent". As of
31.12.16 the NOK 1 bn Green Bond proceeds had been fully utilised for
refinancing of the two recently finalised projects/properties Powerhouse in
Sandvika and Schweigaardsgate 16 in Oslo

The framework for Entra's green bonds was established in September 2016 by the
Centre for International Climate and Environmental Research Oslo (Cicero) an
independent research centre linked to the University of Oslo in Norway. Cicero
has given Entra's green bond framework its highest rating - Dark Shade of Green.
Such a rating according to Cicero is given to projects and solutions that
realise the long term vision of a low-carbon and climate-resilient future
already today. Typically, this will entail zero-emission solutions and
governance structures that integrate environment concerns into all activities.
Example projects include renewable energy projects such as solar or wind.
