Entra ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 15(th) June 2017 regarding
share buy-back in connection with the share savings scheme for employees in
Entra. On 15(th) June 2017 Entra purchased 25,000 shares at an average price of
105.85 per share which also equals Entra's total holding of shares before
distribution to the employees.
