On 2nd October 2019 BlackRock, Inc acquired 80,887 shares and voting rights in Entra ASA, resulting in a
shareholding of 9,187,439 (5.04%) shares and voting rights.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are effectively held is
attached at Appendix A.
