The law firm Bull & Co has signed a 2,720 sqm lease contract in the new-build
project at Universitetsgata 7-9 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of
ten years, starting when the development project is finalised in Q3 2021. Bull &
Co will move from Entra's property in Observatoriegata 1 in Oslo.
Universitetsgata 7-9 is now 38 % pre-let.
