The Norwegian Bar Association (Advokatforeningen) has signed a new 1 000 sqm
lease contract in Universitetsgata 7-9 in Tullinkvartalet in Oslo.
Universitetsgata 7-9 is a new 21 900 sqm office building under construction
which will be finalised in Q3 2021.
The lease contract with The Norwegian Bar Association has a duration of 15
years, starting from September 2021. Two years prior to completion
Universitetsgata 7-9 is now 49 % pre-let.
