The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency (Sykehusbygg) has signed a new 2,200
sqm lease contract in Holtermannsveg 1-13 in Trondheim. Holtermannsveg 1-13 is a
new 11,700 sqm office building under construction which will be finalised in Q1
2020.
The lease contract with The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency has a
duration of 5 years, starting from 15(th) of May 2020. Holtermannsveg 1-13 is
now 80 % pre-let.
