On 3rd December 2020 BlackRock, Inc sold 624,334 shares and voting rights in Entra ASA, resulting in a shareholding of 8,973,921 (4.93%) shares and voting rights.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
