Entra has renewed lease contracts with Norsk Helsenett and The Norwegian
Directorate for e-health in Verkstedveien 1 for three and five years
respectively. The renewed leases are for 12,220 sqm and will expire in February
2026.
Entra has also renewed a lease contract with Gule Sider for 2,340 sqm in
Langkaia 1 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of four years, starting
from March 2020.
