WSP Norway has signed a new lease contract for 3,770 sqm in St. Olavs plass 5 at
Tullinløkka in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 10 years, starting in
2H 2022.
St Olavs plass 5 was acquired by Entra in 2019. The property is currently empty
and Entra will start a redevelopment project on the property which will be
completed in 2H 2022.
