Entra has signed a new lease contract with Knowit for 7,200 sqm in the new-build
project in Universitetsgata 7-9. The property is now 86 % pre-let. The lease
contract has a duration of 7 years, starting from Q1 2022. Knowit will move from
4,500 sqm in Entra's property Sundtkvartalet in Oslo.
