Entra has signed lease contracts with Rambøll Norge for 2,150 sqm and 4Service
Facility for 1,450 sqm in Nygårdsgaten 91/93. The lease contracts have duration
of 7,5 and 10 years respectively.
Nygårdsgaten 91/93 is new-build project currently under development in Bergen.
The project is now 58 % pre let and will be finalized in Q4 2022.
