Entra has signed a new lease contract for 5,900 sqm in Nedre Vollgate 11 in
Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of eight years, starting from Q3 2023.
Nedre Vollgate 11 was acquired by Entra in Q1 22 through the Oslo Areal
transaction. Entra will start a refurbishment project on the property in Q3
2022.
