Entra ASA: New 5.25-year Green Bond Issue (Update 2)

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices dated 28 August 2025 regarding
the successful issuance and buy-back of bonds.

The first tranche has been increased by an additional NOK 50 million, bringing
the total to NOK 900 million.

DNB Carnegie acted as Sole Manager for the transactions.
