Havyard Ship Invest AS have entered into an agreement
with Forland Shipping 06 May 2014 to sell Havyard's
25% stake in Forland Subsea AS. Forland Subsea AS is
the shipowning company for the subsea construction
vessel "Lewek Inspector".
After this transaction, Forland Shipping owns 100 % of
the shares in Forland Subsea AS.
