Havyard Group ASA has today sold 34 309
Havyard shares at a price of NOK 11,95 as a
result of an employee share program.
The price is related to the closing price per 10.08.2015.
Each employee could sign for maximum value of
NOK 30 000 and get a 15% discount.
After the sale Havyard Group ASA owns 108 544 Havyard
shares.
The shares will be transferred to each employee's VPS
account approx. 11th of August 2015.
No primary insiders were taking part in the program.
