Havyard Group ASA has today sold 16,077 of its own shares at
a price of NOK 16.80, in connection with the share purchase
program for employees.
The price is set according to the closing price per
09.08.2017. Each employee could subscribe for maximum value
of NOK 30,000 and get a 15% discount.
After the sale Havyard Group ASA owns 92,467 of its own
shares.
The shares will be transferred to each employee's VPS
account approx. 10th of August 2017.
No primary insiders were participating in the program.
