Havyard Group ASA («HYARD» or the “Company”) summons today for a Bondholders’ Meeting for its Bond Loan HYARD01 PRO to request amendments of the terms of the Bond Agreement.
Please see the enclosed summons for further details. The Bondholders’s Meeting will be held on 27 December 2018.
The Company has engaged Fearnley Securities AS as financial advisor in connection with the proposal.
