Due to a dynamic financing need with regards to construction loans and challenges due to grouping with other companies in the Havila Group, Havila Holding AS has today sold 4,300,000 shares in Havyard Group. Havila Holding AS new shareholding is 10,000,000 shares equal to an ownership of 40,35%.
The shares are bought by the owners of Havila Holding AS on a pro rata basis. Innidimman AS, owned 100% by Vegard Sævik (Chairman of the board in Havyard Group ASA), buys 1,290,000 shares equal to an ownership of 5,21%. After the transaction Vegard Sævik controls 1,290,000 shares equal to an ownership of 5,21%. HSR Invest AS, owned 100% by Hege Sævik Rabben (Member of the board in Havyard Group ASA), buys 1,290,000 shares equal to an ownership of 5,21%. After the transaction Hege Sævik Rabben controls 1,290,000 shares equal to an ownership of 5,21%. Emini Invest AS buys 1,290,000 shares equal to an ownership of 5,21%. Pison AS buys 430,000 shares.
The transaction is carried out at a price of 11,85 per share.
