Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 6 February 2020 regarding financial reporting for Q4 2019, including also the annual report 2019, and the stock exchange announcement of 28 April 2020 regarding postponement of the annual report for 2019.
The annual report for 2019 was scheduled to be published on June 10 2020 with the Annual General Meeting on July 3 2020. As a result of ongoing work on restructuring, the Board has decided to postpone the publication of the annual report for 2019 to June 30 2020, and to postpone the Annual General Meeting to 21 July 2020.
