average share price of NOK 37.92 per share. Nemora AS is 100% owned by Martin
Bjørklund, Director of Group Projects and Investor Relations and primary insider
in Europris ASA.
Following this transaction, Martin Bjørklund will own 14 000 shares in Europris
ASA.
